Credit Report
Consumer reports are available on most people resident in
the United Kingdom. You will require the appropriate License to access consumer credit
reports for commercial credit checking purposes. A typical consumer credit report includes
the subjects name and address, and any other known places of residence. Court records for
CCJ and bankruptcy are also searched. An overall credit risk assessment may also be
included.
Business Credit
Report
We work with a partner service for business credit reports.
Business information provided includes full
details of directors and shareholders, business
operations, registered office address and how long
the company has been incorporated. The credit
rating will be based on how established the
business is, the size and financial status of the
company, and whether there are any known adverse
records against the company. In the case of
Limited companies, any notice of Winding Up or
Liquidation or Receivership is shown. Information
provided can include extracts of financial
accounts filed at Companies House. A clear credit
limit and a credit risk score is also included to
provide a guide when extending
credit. |
